Two conservative law professors contend Donald Trump is ineligible to run for president due to the 14th amendment, which bans candidates who, quote, “engaged in insurrection or rebellion.” Law Professor Edward Foley says, though legally difficult to determine, “it’s essential to do this before the election, rather than afterwards.”
