The Indiana Pacers have until the end of October to decide what they want to do with their rookie scale team options this offseason. But truly, the two decisions the blue and gold have to make this summer are straightforward.
Rookie scale team options are options in the contracts of players who are selected in the first round of the NBA Draft. Those deals are four years in length, and the third and fourth seasons contain team options that must be decided on a full year in advance.
