Former South Carolina attorney Alex Murdaugh will plead guilty on Thursday to 22 financial fraud-related charges, according to a filing in the U.S. District Court of South Carolina, stemming from allegations that Murdaugh stole money from his clients and insurance settlements from the family of his late housekeeper.
