Utah Jazz point guard Jordan Clarkson purchased a 10,106-square foot San Antonio mansion from prominent personal injury attorney Thomas J. Henry for an undisclosed sum. Built in 2008 on 1.2 acres, the three-story home comes with a private elevator, five bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, separate pool-side casita and a variety of spaces for entertaining large crowds both indoors and out. The home had also been used previously in a commercial for Henry’s law firm.
The property, located in San Antonio’s luxury neighborhood The Dominion, was most recently listed for $7.5 million. It previously sold for $5.4 million in August 2019, according to Redfin. Multiple outlets have reported an entity connected to Clarkson called JClarkson Enterprises took out a $3.78 million loan from City National Bank for the sale. In the same neighborhood a nearby home is on the market for $6.9 million, likely making this purchase one of the more expensive ones in the locality.
