Topline
The United Auto Workers reached a tentative labor deal with Chrysler and Dodge maker Stellantis on Saturday, multiple outlets reported, setting the stage for the end of a nearly six weeks-long strike against another of Detroit’s so-called Big Three Automakers, leaving only General Motors to reach a deal.
Key Facts
The deal could end a strike by more than 14,000 Stellantis employees in the U.S., following a similar path as Ford, which also reached a tentative deal with UAW this week paving the way for a 25% wage hike over the term of the contract agreement, including an 11% boost in the first year of the contract.
