Ireland head coach Vera Pauw has instilled belief in the team, and the players want to inspire the next generation of boys and girls in their country as they gear up for their maiden appearance at the Women’s World Cup.
Pauw, who took over the team in 2019, helped Ireland achieve history in Hampden as they defeated Scotland 1-0 in an emotional playoff, securing qualification to their first major tournament.
