5 Non-James Harden Sixers Questions Heading Into The 2023-24 NBA Season

James Harden’s yet-to-be-resolved trade request remains the biggest question hanging over the Philadelphia 76ers heading into the 2023-24 NBA season, but it isn’t the only one. The Sixers have a new head coach in Nick Nurse and plenty of uncertainty from the top of the roster to the very bottom.

Regardless of what they do with Harden, the Sixers need to use this season to evaluate how best to build around reigning MVP Joel Embiid moving forward. They’ll have several critical decisions to make about his supporting cast next summer, and the margin for error that they build up during the Process years is long gone.
