Salman Khan’s latest outing – the Hindi film Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan had a disappointing opening on Friday (April 21) but the collections picked pace over the weekend and it has managed a decent score in the first three days. With a worldwide gross collection of $14 million and India gross collections of nearly $10 million, the film is now the second biggest weekend opener for a Hindi film this year.
Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan made an opening nett collection of $1.9 million in the Indian markets on Friday, toppling Ranbir Kapoor’s Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar as the second biggest opening Hindi film in India for the year 2023. The film is second only to Sidharth Anand’s Pathaan which scored $6.9 million earlier this year.
