The tune started to return to the Billboard charts a few weeks ago as the scariest holiday of the year neared, and now that it’s in the rearview, the weekly rankings reflect the massive uptick in consumption of the cut that’s taking place in America.
All that attention to Jackson’s smash has helped him hit No. 1 on not one, not two, but three different Billboard charts this week–more than a decade after his death.
