The track, a collaboration with Korean singer-songwriter IU, debuts in the No. 1 spot, making it Suga’s eighth top 10 hit on the ranking, which tracks the bestselling rap songs in the United States every week.

Suga’s success with “People Pt. 2” has placed him in a tie with one of his BTS bandmates for a specific spot in Billboard chart history. With another appearance inside the top 10, Suga and J-Hope now jointly hold the record for the most top 10 hits on the Rap Digital Song Sales chart among South Korean acts. Previously, J-Hope held this spot alone, until the release of “People Pt. 2” changed everything.
