Challenging The Judgment Day’s Damian Priest and Finn Balor for the top prize in the tag team division, Rhodes and Uso were able to pull off the surprising victory after failed interference from JD McDonagh. Viewed within WWE as the successor to The Bloodline, The Judgment Day felt like a shoo-in to successfully retain their tag titles at Fastlane, but WWE had a swerve in mind.
