New details have emerged in the ongoing lawsuit between $7 billion startup Carta and its former CTO Jerry Talton.
In a legal filing on Wednesday, lawyers for Talton, responding to the company’s lawsuit against Talton, describe how he stood up “against the increasingly erratic, self-absorbed reign of Ward” and how he “carefully assembled evidence of Ward’s misdeeds and illegalities” before writing a letter to the company’s board alerting them of his concerns in October 2022.
