SL Green Realty (NYSE:SLG) stock dipped 3.6% in Wednesday after-hours trading despite turning in stronger than expected funds from operations and revenue. Occupancy, though, came in slightly lower vs. Q1.
The office REIT’s Q2 FFO per share of $1.43, exceeding the $1.34 average analyst estimate, slid from $1.53 in Q1 and from $1.87 in the year-earlier quarter.
