Price growth for US homes bounced back this summer from its lowest level in over a decade, according to a new report from real estate data provider CoreLogic.
Property values rose 2.5% from 2022 in July after two consecutive months of relatively weak 1.6% gains, the latest readout of the CoreLogic Home Price Index showed. July was the 138th month in a row that home prices rose, the firm noted. US homes haven’t lost value since 2012.
