Amid one of Europe’s most significant housing market downturns, Stockholm-based Beqo Hoti, who oversees Scandinavian markets, has set his sights on Spain and Greece south to better serve his Nordic clientele. The sun-soaked countries have long been favored by Scandinavians for second homes—and given their higher levels of income, many can afford the best.

Hoti launched Shaza Luxury Real Estate in early 2021 at age 33, bringing with him a solid network established at other notable brokerages. Given the quality of his connections and a stellar nine-member team, Hoti and his firm soon captured the Best Luxury Real Estate Agency in Sweden trophy from the Luxury Lifestyle Awards.
