On Mykonos, the Greek island known for A-list visitors, gorgeous beaches, iconic windmills, vibrant nightlife, chic and trendy restaurants and the ghost of Jackie O, Psarou Beach is considered optimal. Now Villa Serenity, a magnificent mansion perched on a steep hillside directly above Psarou Beach, combines five-star hotel luxury amenities with the best qualities of a sprawling family vacation compound.
Completed in 2022, Villa Serenity is the property of Nicolas Treppides, a Cypriot entrepreneur who recently founded Moneygate.com. Until now, he has used it as a family getaway and rented it to guests for $9661.41(€9,000) per night, which includes the services of the staff. This week he announced that he is putting Villa Serenity on the market for $24.7 million (€23 million).
